About Us

Dandenong Ranges Childcare Centre is located in the heart of Upwey and conveniently located next door to Upwey South Primary School. We are a small 45 place centre that is family owned, operated and oriented. The small nature of our service enables our team of educators to develop strong bonds with each individual child and their family members.

In 2004 our Director Brooke began her journey at Dandenong Ranges Childcare Centre as a student doing her placement for her Certificate III in Children’s Services. Brooke was offered a role as an assistant at the service and went on to study her Diploma. In 2006 Brooke become the assistant director before being promoted to Director in March 2010. In 2013 Brooke and her family were inspired to purchase the service and become the Approved Provider. In 2021 Brooke accepted an invitation to become a board member of the Australian Childcare Alliance of Victoria who advocate for and support the early learning sector. Brooke’s commitment to the service, her team of educators and the children and families who have utilised the service over the years has been fundamental to the quality of our service.

Our dedicated team of educators are qualified professionals who have a wide range of experience.
