At Dandenong Ranges Childcare Centre our Educators are qualified and experienced professionals that are passionate about children’s learning and development. Each of our educators has been carefully chosen with their caring natures, love of teaching and long term dedication to our team making them the perfect fit for our service.

Each of our Educators hold or are working towards their Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Our team are all trained in First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management, and attend regular training seminars, team meetings, and are part of a range of forums and community networks that ensure they are always up-to-date on best practice.

Our service prides itself in having a strong team of educators who have been working together for many years and are dedicated to providing high quality education and care.

Brooke – Director

Started: 2004

Brooke began her journey at Dandenong Ranges Childcare Centre as a student doing her placement for her Certificate III in Children’s Services. Brooke was offered a role as an assistant at the service and went on to study her Diploma. In 2006 Brooke become the assistant director before being promoted to Director in March 2010. In 2013 Brooke and her family were inspired to purchase the service and become the Approved Provider. In 2022 Brooke accepted an invitation to join the board of the Australian Childcare Alliance Victoria who advocate for and support the early learning sector. In 2025 Brooke was voted into the position of Vice President of the board. Brooke’s commitment to the service, her team of educators and the children and families who have utilised the service over the years has been fundamental to the quality of our service.
