Our team brings together a wide range of qualifications, experience and perspectives, with many educators having worked alongside one another for many years.

Each educator holds, or is working towards, a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

All educators maintain current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, and participate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, training seminars and professional networks to keep their knowledge and practice current.

We are proud of our strong, long-standing team and the consistency, experience and genuine commitment they bring to providing high-quality education and care.

Brooke – Director

Started: 2004

Brooke began her journey at Dandenong Ranges Childcare Centre as a student doing her placement for her Certificate III in Children’s Services. Brooke was offered a role as an assistant at the service and went on to study her Diploma. In 2006 Brooke become the assistant director before being promoted to Director in March 2010. In 2013 Brooke and her family were inspired to purchase the service and become the Approved Provider. Brooke’s commitment to the service, her team of educators and the children and families who have utilised the service over the years has been fundamental to the quality of our service.
